Ordering Information
On-line ordering: To order on line use Order Form. Part numbers can be found by going to the on line catalog. Once there the part numbers can be cut and pasted into the part number fields on the order form. Orders are processed within 1 to 2 days. You will be contacted within that time period to confirm your order. Ordering by Mail: Please list year, make and model of vehicle for which you are ordering, complete part number and description. Include phone number where you may be reached during the day. Provide complete address with street name and house number. Customer Number: Please use your computer Customer Number on all order forms. If you do not have a Customer Number, one will be assigned to your account. Please use it on all future orders to speed up delivery of your parts. Payment: Although personal checks are welcome, expect a two week delay in shipping due to clearance of the check. Money orders, bank certified checks, MasterCard, Visa, American Express may be used also. Shipping: Most parts are shipped via UPS, but other services are available upon request. Merchandise Return: Please inspect merchandise upon arrival. Returns within 30 days of shipping date are O.K. After 30 days a 15% restocking charge will be applied. After six months a 50% restocking charge will be applied. For no reason will merchandise be accepted after one year. All returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the invoice and letter of explanation. Failure to do so will result in a delay of an exchange or refund. Claims: All claims must be taken up with carrier. Please keep merchandise in the original carton for the carrier to inspect. Foreign Shipments: Add twenty five percent (25 %) of total parts ordered for postage. Payments must be in U.S. Funds.

We guarantee to replace or at our option to repair any product or parts thereof which are found to be defective in material or workmanship within one year from the date of shipment. Our obligation with respect to such products or parts shall be limited to replacement or repair and in no event shall we he liable for consequential or special damages, or for transportation, installation, adjustment or other expenses which may arise in connection with such products or parts.THIS WARRANTY IS EXPRESSLY MADE IN LIEU OE ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS.
